Senior Product Manager (H/F)

To contribute to our strategy of expansion, We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to be part of a small but exciting, high-caliber team.

At MT-C we are defining the next generation enterprise storage solutions. Our team has deep expertise in the storage and data protection markets and we have a proven track record of disrupting the industry and building market-defining products.

• Responsibility is the product management in relationship with the head of products marketing.
• Manage the development process and work with stakeholders to define and drive the product roadmap, including dependencies, tracking and execution.
• Manage a high-performance team which includes reviewing feedback and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Drive engineering initiatives, including development, QA and infrastructure.

• Proficient in building system-level software for systems that are scalable, fault tolerant.
• Have a PhD or MS in computer science, computer engineering or related fields.
• Experienced in working on software systems with complex interdependencies.
• Experienced in RESTful API.
• Thrilled to apply theoretical and algorithmic knowledge to systems design.
• A skilled technical leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A strong C programmer.
• Focus on quality and execution.
• Good English skills are mandatory.
