Product UI Designer (H/F)

To contribute to our strategy of expansion, we are looking for a Product UI Designer to be part of a small but exciting, high-caliber team.

At MT-C we are defining the next generation enterprise storage solutions. Our team has deep expertise in the storage and data protection markets and we have a proven track record of disrupting the industry and building market-defining products.

• Design UI products.
• Create a look consistent with all of MT-C - while pleasing our users.
• Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively.
• Present the user interface visually so information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find.

• Experience designing outstanding web-based products.
• Excellent Ruby, Boostrap, CSS and HTML skills;
• Solid knowledge of Adobe products or equivalents.
• Proven ability to act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process.
• Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
• Focus on quality and execution.
• BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Good English skills are mandatory.
