NODEUM is an hybrid storage structure designed and developed by MT-C. It allows through a native virtualiztion of the file system to combine high capacity tape units, disks or SSD.

NODEUM offers online and nearline data storage as well as active archive and vaulting functionnalities. A direct access to the data is provided in a way that best fits the needs of various user categories. The usage of tape and combined with open standard LTFS ensure advanced portability features.
